GEAX Crypto Trader Habits Survey Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by GEAX Ltd ("Sponsor"). Contact: info@geaxcoin.com.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are thirty (30) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 23, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit this website, answer the short survey about crypto trading habits, confirm that you are a US resident aged 30 or older, provide a valid email address, agree to these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy, and submit the form. Survey answers do not affect your chances of winning. Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries, or entries generated by script, bot or other automated means, will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute, an entry is deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided.
5. Prize
One (1) prize package will be awarded, consisting of: one (1) $50 USD gift card and fifty (50) USDC (a US-dollar stablecoin). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize package: approximately $100 USD. The value of USDC may vary slightly at the time of delivery. The gift card is subject to the issuer's terms and conditions. The USDC portion requires the winner to provide a compatible digital wallet address. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Drawing
On or about December 24, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.
8. Winner Notification & Prize Delivery
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry on or about December 24, 2026. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the notification and confirm eligibility (and provide a wallet address for the USDC portion). If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn. The prize will be delivered by email (gift card code) and by on-chain transfer to the winner-provided wallet (USDC).
9. Results
The results will be announced on this website on the Results page (e.g. by first name and last initial or masked email, as permitted by law). A winner's list may also be requested by emailing info@geaxcoin.com within 30 days after December 24, 2026.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected is used to administer the Sweepstakes as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. General Conditions & Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or corrupted entries, technical failures, or any errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta, Circle, or any gift card issuer.
12. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state, without regard to conflict of law principles.
